Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Pipeline Engine (the "Service"), operated by GR8MINDS ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company.

1. The Service

Pipeline Engine is a B2B prospecting tool: it scans public sources for companies matching your ideal customer profile, researches them using AI, surfaces buying signals, and helps you find business contact details for decision-makers. The Service is intended for business use only.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old.

3. Free trial

New workspaces receive a free trial (currently 14 days) with usage limits. No credit card is required. At the end of the trial, continued use requires a paid plan.

4. Fees, billing and cancellation

• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance, in ILS (including Israeli VAT) for customers in Israel or in USD for customers elsewhere, and renew automatically until canceled.
• Payments are processed by Cardcom, a licensed payment processor. We never store your card number.
• You may cancel at any time from the billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; access continues until then. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
• Each plan includes monthly usage quotas (for example, contact reveals). Quotas reset each billing period and unused quota does not roll over. Fair-use limits protect the Service from abuse; normal use will not encounter them.
• We may change prices with prior notice effective from your next renewal.

5. Referral program

Customers may share a referral link. When a referred customer becomes a paying subscriber, the referrer receives a recurring discount (currently ₪50 or $15 per month, per active paying referral, for up to 12 months per referral, up to the full price of the referrer's plan). We may modify or terminate the program prospectively, and may withhold rewards obtained through self-referral, fake accounts or other abuse.

6. Acceptable use

• You are solely responsible for your outreach. You must comply with the laws that apply to you and your recipients, including anti-spam and telemarketing laws (e.g. the Israeli Communications Law "Spam Law", CAN-SPAM, GDPR/PECR) and platform rules (e.g. LinkedIn, WhatsApp).
• You may use contact data obtained through the Service only for your own legitimate business-to-business outreach. You may not resell, redistribute or publish it, or use it to build a competing database.
• You may not attempt to circumvent usage limits, probe or disrupt the Service, or use it for unlawful, deceptive or harmful purposes.

7. Data and accuracy

Research results, buying signals, scores and contact details are compiled automatically from public sources, licensed data providers and AI analysis. They are provided for lead-generation purposes "as is": we work to keep them accurate and verified, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any result, and AI-generated content may contain errors. Verify important facts before relying on them.

8. Your content

You retain all rights to the information you provide (your company profile, customer lists, notes). You grant us the license needed to operate the Service on your behalf. We use your customer lists only to exclude and monitor those companies for you — never to market to them.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, its software and design remain our property. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not promise any particular business outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the Service or by email; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction.
